Friends, we are thrilled to share our impressions from the recent "Wine Weekend" intensive course, which took place on January 31st and February 1st with the support of the East European Association of Sommeliers and Experts! These were two incredibly rich days, filled with new knowledge, amazing discoveries, and, of course, stunning wines!

Our guests immersed themselves in the fascinating world of winemaking:
- They learned the fundamentals of tasting, mastering how to discern the most subtle nuances of aromas and flavors.
- They journeyed through the world's major wine regions, discovering their unique terroirs and styles.
- They discussed current trends, shared experiences, and asked questions to our experts.
