This course is for amateurs and those just beginning their introduction to the world of wine.

The students learned:

-how to read a wine label to distinguish a good wine from a mediocre one;

-Where, how and how long wine can be stored;

-how to choose the right glasses and at what temperature is good for serving drinks;

-How to taste wine properly;

-what to mix wines with to get the most pleasure.

A nice bonus was practice with the French set of flavors "Nose of Wine" by Jean Lenoir.
