Students were introduced to the fascinating world of winemaking, gaining a wealth of valuable knowledge and practical skills.

We studied:

•  Wine production technology: from vine to glass, revealing all the secrets of creating this noble beverage.
•  The world's leading wine terroirs: a journey through the most iconic wine regions, exploring their unique characteristics.
•  Olfactory training with "Le Nez du Vin": developing sensory skills using Jean Lenoir's famous aroma kit.

And, of course, we put our knowledge into practice, evaluating and analyzing various wines.

The course was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere, promoting the exchange of experience and new acquaintances.

Students will soon receive certificates of completion, confirming their new knowledge and skills.
