The Mozart Wine House Sommelier Academy recently hosted a vital dialogue regarding the future of Don winemaking! We were delighted to once again welcome key industry players to our Academy: representatives from the Rostov Region Department of the Consumer Market, the HoReCa segment, and, of course, our talented local winemakers.

The centerpiece of the event was a lecture by Alexander V. Vinnik, President of the East European Association of Sommeliers and Experts. Alexander V. Vinnik spoke in detail about the rich history of the Don vine, highlighted current industry trends, and explored the immense potential of our local wines in today’s market.

Following the theoretical session, participants conducted a professional tasting and evaluation of wine samples from the "Blagolyubov" and "Yantarnoye" wineries. Every glass sparked lively discussion, the exchange of invaluable expertise, and the strengthening of ties between producers, restaurateurs, and government authorities.

Such meetings are more than just an exchange of opinions; they represent a tangible contribution to the region’s development.
