Today, the Mozart Wine House Sommelier Academy hosted an open wine tasting of the Mikhail Kolesnikov family winery (Svetlograd, Stavropol Territory).
The 8 hectares of vineyards of this farm mainly grow international grape varieties that successfully reveal themselves in the selected terroir. The wines are fermented with wild yeast, and aged in French, American and Hungarian oak barrels with a capacity of 225 to 1500 liters. The winery gravitates towards ecological viticulture and winemaking.
Students of the professional course and guests of the Academy tasted 7 wine samples, especially highlighting Nebbiolo 2022.
