A master class "Champagne and sparkling Wines" was held at the Mozart Wine House Sommelier Academy with the support of the Eastern European Association of Sommeliers and Experts.
The students found out:
-methods of production of sparkling and sparkling wines
-varieties and regions of production
- about the styles of champagne wines
-who are "Negociant manipulant", "Recoltant manipulant"
-in which regions, from which varieties and by what method are cremans produced,
-how and in which regions is Kava produced
-in which regions of Italy wines are produced using the classic champagne method.
The master class was held in the lecture-tasting format.
