The moment we’ve all been waiting for has arrived! The final applause rang out today at the Mozart Wine House Sommelier Academy in honor of our professional course graduates, who have now officially become members of the East European Association of Sommeliers and Experts!

It has been a remarkable journey — from simple curiosity to profound mastery. We remember how it all began: the first lectures, hundreds of pages of theory, daily sensory drills, and those very tastings where every sip became a revelation.

Our students have done an immense amount of work. They have learned not just to "drink" wine, but to listen to its story, understand its terroir, and perceive the most delicate nuances of its aroma.
