Knight Frank's Wealth Report presents a global ranking of cities in 2025 based on the share of premium wines on the wine lists of the top 20 restaurants.
Knight Frank's Wealth Report presents a global ranking of cities in 2025 based on the share of premium wines on the wine lists of the top 20 restaurants. The top 10 included New York (9.4%), London (9.4%), Singapore (11.2%), Hong Kong (11.7%), Paris (8%), Miami (7%), Shanghai (8%), Tokyo (9.2%), Dubai (3%) and San Francisco (5.3%).
London is the city with the largest number of restaurants (519) offering premium wines from the world's 250 best wine and champagne houses. New York is second with 480 establishments, and Paris is third with 414. Dubai has the highest average price for a bottle of wine - $748. New York is second with $747, and London is third with $741.
