The basic course for professionals has begun.
The basic course of the sommelier is aimed at comprehensive knowledge of winemaking and history of the world's leading countries and allows us to study in detail their main regions, learn all about the technology of strong alcoholic beverages, learn to distinguish their styles, develop for themselves a strategy of professional independent tasting evaluation and get the richest tasting experience, which will be useful not only when working in the alcoholic sphere, but also for communication with wine and strong drinks in the circle of friends. The students of the course also master the rules of working with wine in the restaurant, the principles of enogastronomical compatibility, wine etiquette, as well as the technique and psychology of wine sales. At the end of the 50-day course, students will be given the opportunity to obtain documents of a standard pattern that confirm their knowledge level.
