On 12th and 13th of December East European Sommeliers and Experts Association, Sommelier Academy Mozart Wine House and the company Eurowine invited specialists of wine market to the tastings of dry red wines from grapes Shiraz and Sangiovese. These wines are bright and very gastronomic, they can take their rightful place in the wine list of a restaurant and become the perfect part for the holiday table. The tastings were presented by Sergey Smolin, the chief sommelier of Eurowine, a graduate of Centre de Formation Professionnelle et de Promotion Agricole de Beaune (Beaune, France) and the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (London, UK).
