Luka Serena one of the familly Serena presented a line of Prosecco from Treviso, Veneto, Italy and Champagne De Vilmont, Reims, France and told the guests about technology, geography and trends in sparkling wine-making. The group of companies Serena presents four trade marks: Vigne Vendi, Terra Serena, Ville D'Arfanta, Italy and De Vilmont, France. Traditional product for Serena is prosecco spumante and frizzante. In difference with champagne, Italian sparkling wine from Veneto is made of grape Glera by Charmat method, and the most popular variation of it is extra-dry with resident sugar content from 12 to 20 g. The wine can be dispatched draft with temperature and pression control what is an absolute innovation for Russian market. Except Italian production, the company has a castle in France and produces champagne brut by traditional champagne method of classical champagne grapes. Luka presented the whole line of products from basic till premium class which was appreciated by professionals of Rostov-on-Don.
